Trump's Defense Team Argued the Case Like They Know They Have the Votes

WASHINGTON—On Saturday, the president*’s defense team in his impeachment trial presented what amounts to the trailer for its actual case. It is entirely possible that the full banquet of crazy may be served up when we resume on Monday, but, for now, anyway, the White House’s lawyers are simply arguing the case on the basis that they Have The Votes.

Why else would they constantly refer to how long the House managers took to present their case while assuring the senators that the defense case won’t take that long? Why else would they make the transparently hilarious case that the president* is being denied due process when they know that the Republican majority in the Senate voted in lockstep against calling witnesses, and will do so again, even if it’s put up for a vote, which I doubt it will be? Why else would they manage the feat, heretofore thought impossible, of spending two hours talking about the Ukraine scheme without once mentioning the name, “Rudolph Giuliani,” let alone “Lev Parnas”? (Neither, it should be said, were either Joe or Hunter Biden, although that I am sure is coming Monday.) This is how you argue when you know you Have The Votes.

Also, when you Have The Votes, you can begin your presentation this way, the way lead counsel Pat Cipillone did oSaturday.

No errors in judgment. No rookie mistakes. And certainly no high crimes and/or misdemeanors.

Absolutely nothing wrong. A perfect phone call. A full gallon of vintage Flavor-Aid all around.

It would have been so easy for them to say the president* screwed up, that he did something wrong, but not something that requires the drastic step of handing the presidency over to Mike Pence. But that would not please the essential Audience of One whom the defense lawyers have to satisfy. You do not say in public that the president* made a mistake, let alone committed a crime. My dear men, this simply is not done, not unless you want the Internet hellhounds on your trail. Fear is driving the defense team as surely as it’s driving the Republican caucus, and it’s fear that has guaranteed that the defense team Has The Votes.

They’ve known they Have The Votes ever since all those Democratic amendments went down on the first day of the trial. And if they didn’t know it then, they knew it after Friday night, when all of the allegedly wavering Republican senators decided to get all huffy because of something Adam Schiff said.

When you know you Have The Votes, you can say anything at all. You can pretend that most of the people in the Senate chamber have not watched the news at any time since the House Judiciary Committee held hearings. You can pretend that there have been no interviews with Lev Parnas, and that there aren’t any tapes proving that, contrary to his denials, the president* knew Parnas damned well and that it was Parnas who lobbied him (successfully) to have Marie Yovanovich smeared and then relieved as ambassador to Ukraine, not that the president* could find the sand to do it himself. He subcontracted the job to Parnas and his American running buddy, He Who Shall Not Be Named, former mayor of New York. When you know you Have The Votes, nothing matters, not even the unfolding truth, which gets worse for them every day.

Proptech and the Rising Tide of Technology in the Real Estate Industry

It is no secret that utilizing newer technology like big data and analytics can shake up and revolutionize nearly any industry. The real estate industry is no exception here, and has, in fact, already begun reaping the rewards that big data and data-driven technologies can provide.
The huge amounts of data generated by the real estate industry can be leveraged to its advantage even further going forward as new technology and ideas are pushing the envelope for the real estate industry at both the macro and micro scale.

One of the most basic and powerful data-driven tools that the real estate industry has at their disposal comes in the form of analytics. The benefits of data analytics in real estate extend to both the consumers and realtors because it allows for advanced property evaluation across a huge spectrum of parameters from expected appreciation and depreciation rates to crime statistics, accessibility, and other factors. This not only allows for real estate companies to determine value more accurately and mitigate risk, but increases customer engagement as well, providing them with highly relevant information regarding potential purchases.

The huge amount of real estate data available can, and should, be leveraged for maximum predictive impact just as Wall Street uses the data available to model algorithmic trading. Through the use of data analytics, realtors and investors are able to keep up to date on vital market data in real-time, allowing for the ability to stay ahead of the curve on the rapidly changing market of commercial real estate. Accurate, timely market data can make a massive impact on a company’s ability to turn a profit on a piece of real estate and empowers potential home buyers by providing a comprehensive view of the market even as it changes minute to minute.

While these huge pools of real estate data are already being used by Artificial Intelligence programs to improve the customer experience through personalization and predictive home evaluation over time, AI can further change the real estate game. AI can help to accurately predict which locations will be the most beneficial for developers to invest in, optimizing market-level profitability and revenue and revenue as well as helping to identify optimized spatial layouts of new developments.

Virtual Reality

Though the real estate industry has been relatively slow in hopping on the big data train, it has taken a short amount of time for the industry to see the massive value that data brings to the table. Data can show investors, developers, and potential buyers detailed and pertinent information about real estate without ever having to see it in person. While macro-level data like land valuation, crime statistics, accessibility, and traffic flow are incredibly important when looking at real estate development and investing, the data generated at the micro-level is now coming into play in a big way.

Data comes in a variety of different forms, and while it can be easy to be tempted to shelf classic visual data for the more esoteric sets of data pertaining to a piece of real estate. Visual data, however, is actually at the forefront of one of the more inventive and exciting data-driven technologies being used in the real estate industry today. When enough visual data is available, realtors can implement Virtual Reality technology in order to give prospective buyers a tour of the property, giving an in-depth look at the dimensions of any given building that a static photograph simply cannot provide.

Again, VR is another new data-fueled technology that benefits both buyers and sellers of real estate. Realtors massively expand their market as they don’t have to set up actual appointments to show a home and can actually show it simultaneously to many different potential clients. Additionally, homes can be staged virtually through VR, turning an empty and visually cold, unfurnished home into a staged home in an instant with the ability to change any furniture or fixtures in the blink of an eye to appeal to any number of aesthetic palettes.

Informed Decisions

The real estate industry has been long considered generally conservative, relying on more Luddite business methods and general entrepreneurial skills to operate quite successfully for decades. This is all changing with the rise of “Proptech”, technologies that capitalize on the huge amounts of data generated in the world of real estate, which is working to help both purveyors and purchasers to make more informed decisions.

Quantifiable data, whether gathered from historical sources, social media platforms, or any other number of sources, work to show a bigger picture than many are used to seeing. When investors, realtors, and buyers are all able to see the forest for the trees, everyone comes out ahead as they have the ability to make a better decision based on all of the available data instead of just historical data or gut feelings.

In its raw form, much of the data generated by or relating to the real estate industry isn’t all that helpful. However, with the power of data analytics, machine learning tools, and Artificial Intelligence, the heavy-duty number crunching is taken care of, leaving a distilled and very useable product. In a way, these new technologies are really leveling the playing field when it comes to real estate, providing the same advantage to anyone willing to take the time to apply big data in an effective way.

These technologies are unlikely to outright upend the real estate industry anytime soon, considering the industry’s historically slow adoption of new technology. They will, however, revolutionize how properties are sold, evaluated, marketed, and even seen on a very real level.

Southwest speakers Say Amotekun Is A Child Of Necessity

Worried by the prevailing security situation in the country, the Speakers of the Six South-West States, under the auspices of Conference of Speakers of South West State Legislatures, have thrown their weight behind the Western Nigeria Security Network (Operation Amotekun), describing it as a supportive security mechanism targeted at curtailing threats and protecting lives and property of the people.

The Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly and Chairman of the Conference, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun, stated this at the Security Summit, organized by the group in Ibadan, explaining that the core objective of Operation Amotekun was to complement the efforts of existing security agencies in the country, with a view to restoring public confidence in the government.

Oleyelogun who commended the South West Governors for the various proactive strategies deployed at combating security challenges noted that the security situation of the country over the years had necessitated the summit of the Speakers to put in place legislation aimed at salvaging the western region of various in security practices, including armed robbery and kidnapping which had claimed innocent lives.

He implored Speakers and members of the State Houses of Assembly to support the Executive in their states, through legislation that would give legal strength to the security arrangement.

The Chairman informed that the quest for financial autonomy by the State legislative arm was aimed at deepening democratic practices, as it would give meaning to the concept of separation of powers, as defined by the constitution and make the legislature well functional, informed and independent for effective legislative work.

In his remark shortly after the conference, the Speaker, Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo said Ogun State had already taken the lead in support of the security arrangement through the passage of the State Community Social Orientation and Safety Corps Agency Law, 2017 (SO SAFE CORPS) during the 8th Assembly, which was signed into law, in December 2017.

He added that environmental and cultural diversity of the nation required community policing, to assist the nation’s established security agencies through intelligence gathering, to further enhance security network in the society.

In his welcome address, the host and the Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, admonished lawmakers in the six legislative houses to support the governors with necessary legislative backing, for the reinforced security architecture of the region, towards curbing the rising spate of kidnapping, armed robbery, and other criminal acts.

Other at the conference were; the Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, his colleagues from Ekiti, Rt. Hon. Niyi Afuye, and Osun State, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye.

Boko Haram jubilation Nigerian soldiers rescue 165 women children

The Nigerian Army announces a series of successes just achieved in the north eastern part of the country - Col Aminu Iliyasu, a spokesperson for the Nigerian Army operations discloses that a total of 165 women and children were rescued in the operations - The Army also reveals the identities of some wanted Boko Haram informants arrested by soldiers The Nigerian Army, on Thursday, January 2, announced a major success in the fight against Boko Haram and Boko Haram and Islamic State of West Africa’s Province (ISWAP) terrorists in the north eastern part of the country. The Army said an offensive against the terrorists has resulted in many of them killed, some captured as well as the rescue of 165 women and children in Borno state. Col Aminu Iliyasu, a spokesperson for the Nigerian Army operations, made the disclosure in a statement in Abuja adding that the feats were recorded in collaboration with troops of Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJT).

Iliyasu said the troops of Nigerian Army Super Camp 7 deployed at Bama area of the state killed one terrorist, captured one alive and rescued eight women and six children at Tafana 1, 2 and 3 villages in Bama on December 27, 2019. According to him, the rescued children were immediately administered with polio vaccines.

Some of the women rescued by the soldiers Credit: NAN Source: UGC Giving further details, he said the soldiers captured Boko Haram flags, recovered 16 arrows and 32 refilled rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition during the encounter. The senior Army officer also said that troops of 25 Task Force Brigade deployed at Super Camp 2 in Damboa, arrested a high profile Boko Haram informant and logistics supplier, whose name was given as Ibrahim Buba. Two other suspected suspected to be his couriers were also arrested at Shuwari village in Damboa district. Again, Iliyasu disclosed that troops of the 242 Battalion in Monguno, arrested suspected terrorists’ logistics suppliers, Abubakar Aisami and Modu Baba with food stuff and drugs concealed in a bag of smashed corn powder for delivery to the terrorists.

Furthermore, the Army said its troops of Sector 3 Mobile Team, working with elements of Sector 2 Multi National Joint task Force, recovered and destroyed 15 vehicles belonging to the Boko Haram terrorists in northern Borno. In this operation, the troops, he said, arrested 75 suspected Boko Haram agents and rescued 147 civilians comprising 79 males and 68 females who had been under their captivity. While the victims were conveyed to a humanitarian facility in Monguno and thereafter handed over to officials of Borno state emergency management agency, the children among them were administered with polio vaccine. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that in Zamfara, Iliyasu stated that the troops of 8 Division killed bandits and recovered one AK 47 rifle loaded with 13 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition and rustled animals.

“Also of significant note, troops of 1 Division Garrison on 25 December 2019, during security patrols, arrested one Mr Moses Ali with a locally made gun loaded with nine rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition at Ningon Gari in Sanga local government area of Kaduna state. “The same gallant troops arrested seven suspects during a cordon and search operations conducted at 13 settlements of Kuyeri Mountains along Jere - Kagarko road in Kagarko local government area of Kaduna state,” he said. Meanwhile, a cross-section of Nigerians, who participated in an online poll conducted by Legit.ng, said they preferred that the army remains stationed strategically than for them to withdraw and the men of the Nigeria Police Force take over.

6G TECHNOLOGY: JAPAN PLANS TO ACHIEVE 6G BY 2030

According to Nikkei, various countries have begun to target the next generation of communication technologies after 5G. Japan plans official-civilian cooperation to formulate a comprehensive strategy for “post-5G” (6G technology). It plans to achieve communication speeds that are 10 times faster than 5G by 2030. China, South Korea, and Finland have also started research, development, and investment. If you have patents related to communication standards, you can make huge profits through the sale of equipment and software. Japan, which is slowing down in 5G development, strives to catch up.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan will set up a government-civilian research society in January. Representatives from NTT Docomo and Toshiba will summarize comprehensive strategies such as 6G performance goals and policy support by June. Japan will promote the development of 6G technology using the government budget.

Using “post-5G” (6G) high-speed communication technology, many unimaginable things will be possible. The speed of 6G must be at least 10 times faster than 5G. This is the plan of the Japanese Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The research will center on network speeds that can instantly transfer large amounts of data instantly. This technology is suitable for transmitting large amounts of data. Unused high-frequency radio waves will also be used for communication.

6G technology – research and development is on the way

In order to achieve 6G technology by 2030, countries have begun to take action. The Chinese government announced in November 2019 that it will establish two 6G R & D institutions. Finnish universities and government-affiliated institutions have also launched 6G R & D projects. In South Korea, Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics each set up research centers in 2019.

a top investment pick amid decoupling with the US, says CITIC Capital CEO

Chinese consumption is growing faster than GDP, making the sector a bright spot for investing in, said Zhang Yichen, Chairman and CEO at CITIC Capital, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Health care is also an important sector as the Chinese society is aging rapidly, so there's robust demand for good health-care services, Zhang said.
Another potential area to invest in is technology services due to the potential decoupling with the U.S. in that area, Zhang said.

Consumption, healthcare and technology are three sector picks for investing in China, said CITIC Capital's top executive on Tuesday.

"For us, the top priority ... is still on consumption, because it's still growing at a higher rate than GDP growth," said Zhang Yichen, chairman and CEO at CITIC Capital, the flagship investment arm of Chinese state-owned conglomerate CITIC Group.

China's GDP growth was 6.1%, down from 6.6% in 2018 as the economy took a hit from its bitter trade war with the U.S.

Speaking to CNBC at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Zhang said health care is also an important sector as the Chinese society is aging rapidly, so there's robust demand for good health-care services.

Another potential area for investment is technology services due to the potential decoupling with the U.S. in that area, Zhang said.

In the area of database software, "nobody in China will think of against competing with Oracle because that's the international, the industry standard," he said. But now, "decoupling could happen any minute, you cannot possibly run that risk, so there will be domestic competitors in that field as well."

Beijing has been managing a transition of its economy from an export-driven manufacturing giant to one lead by domestic consumption.

Zhang said CITIC Capital has been focusing on "a lot of" buyouts in China over the last several years to deal with the consequences that come with overcapacity in "almost every" industry in China.

"Consolidation was needed to improve the return on capital, hence reducing the leverage through the improvement in cashflow, so buyout is clearly on the rise," he said.

Going forward, "most Chinese businesses need to improve themselves through expanding internationally," Zhang said.

However, "given the overall trade tensions, all the protectionism on the rise, we're clearly cautious on that front as well," he added.

Davos Warms to Trump’s Results (if Not Him Personally)

Hello from Davos. We’re bringing you the latest from here all week. One tidbit: Bill Gates, who has attended for 30 years, canceled his plans to come this year. (Want this in your inbox? Sign up here.)

The Davos crowd has come to like Trump’s outcomes
As the 50th annual World Economic Forum — the conclave of global business and political leaders — begins today in Davos, Switzerland, Andrew writes in his latest column that the assembly has warmed to President Trump, at least economically.

• Mr. Trump’s policies are the opposite of Davos doctrine, advocating trade wars and a fragmenting of the global economy.

• But “to the surprise of many Davos regulars, the economic results have yet to prove as disastrous as they expected — and, at least in the short term, have seemingly proven to be quite positive,” Andrew writes.

• Maybe it shouldn’t be surprising, the corporate leadership expert Jeff Sonnenfeld tells Andrew: “The Davos crowd are well-respected followers of fashion and love whomever is in power.”

• But they don’t like him personally, says the Trump-friend-turned-foe Anthony Scaramucci: “The unspeakable truth is that C.E.O.s and their staff are horrified.”

Mr. Trump took a victory lap in his speech at the Forum this morning:

• “Today I’m proud to say the U.S. is in the midst of an economic boom the likes of which the world has never seen before.”

• Of China, he said, “Under my leadership, America confronted the problem head on.” He also defended his trade war, saying, “Our relationship with China right now has probably never been better.”

• And he criticized the Fed’s unwillingness to cut U.S. interest rates to his liking.

But much of this year’s event focuses on issues that Mr. Trump doesn’t like, including:

• Climate change, which will almost certainly be a big topic, according to Stanley Reed of the NYT (especially since Greta Thunberg is set to speak). Mr. Trump himself said the U.S. would join a major tree-planting initiative, but urged a rejection of “the perennial prophets of doom.”

• Falling economic growth, partly prompted by his trade wars, according to a new study by PwC.

More: The forum’s founder, Klaus Schwab, tells David Gelles of the NYT that the event is still relevant today. And here’s the full list of this year’s attendees.

Instagram is dropping the annoying IGTV button

Instagram is removing the IGTV shortcut button from the top right corner of the Facebook-owned app’s home screen, reports TechCrunch. First launched in June 2018, IGTV is Instagram’s long-form video service that was originally meant to rival the likes of YouTube.

Instagram says it decided to remove the button after discovering that relatively few people were tapping it. “Most people are finding IGTV content through previews in Feed, the IGTV channel in Explore, creators’ profiles and the standalone app,” an Instagram spokesperson told TechCrunch, “very few are clicking into the IGTV icon in the top right corner of the home screen in the Instagram app.”

The shortcut button could previously be found on the top-right of the app’s home screen, next to the direct message icon. Screenshot by Jon Porter / The Verge
It’s a minor, but welcome change to Instagram’s interface as it’s one less thing vying for your attention. It does mean that users will now have to dig deeper into the app to find IGTV content. Of course, you can also download the standalone IGTV app, but data suggests that a relatively small proportion of Instagram’s billion-plus users have bothered to do so, in comparison with the millions that have downloaded rival video app TikTok.

The move is the latest sign that Instagram is de-prioritising IGTV as a distinct, standalone service. Last week, AdWeek reported that users can now post IGTV videos using the same video-upload interface as they use for their main feed.

Instagram has reportedly struggled to attract creators and users to IGTV since its launch. The service doesn’t offer the same revenue-share opportunities from ads as YouTube, and creators have previously said that brands haven’t offered the same sponsored content opportunities for IGTV content as they do for their main Instagram posts.

Can Microsoft's 'moonshot' carbon goal succeed?

Tech giant Microsoft has announced two bold ambitions: firstly, to become carbon negative by the year 2030 - meaning it will be removing more carbon from the air than it emits - and secondly, to have removed more carbon by 2050 than it has emitted, in total, in its entire history.

In an interview with the BBC's Chris Fox, Microsoft president Brad Smith admitted that the plan was a "moonshot" - a very big idea with no guaranteed outcome or profitability - for the company.

He stressed there was simultaneously a sense of urgency and a need to take the time to do the job properly.

He also said that the tools required don't entirely exist yet.

Mr Smith talked about tree planting, and direct air capture - a way of removing carbon from the air and returning it to the soil - as examples of available options.

"Ultimately we need better technology," he said.

But don't expect Microsoft to roll up its sleeves: "That's not a business we will ever be in but it's a business we want to benefit from," he added, announcing a $1bn Climate Innovation Fund, established with the intention of helping others develop in this space.

Microsoft makes 'carbon negative' pledge

He expects support from the wider tech sector, he said, "because it's a sector that's doing well, it can afford to make these investments and it should."

But historically, isn't it also one of the worst offenders?

CES in Las Vegas, the huge consumer tech show, has just ended. It was attended by 180,000 people most of whom probably flew there, to look at mountains of plastic devices clamouring to be the Next Big Thing.

From gas-guzzling cars and power-hungry data centres to difficult-to-recycle devices and the constant consumer push to upgrade to new shiny plastic gadgets - the tech sector's green credentials are not exactly a blueprint for environmental friendliness despite much-publicised occasional projects.

There was no immediate announcement from fellow tech giants about any collaborations with Microsoft, or indeed similar initiatives of their own - but the aim is ahead of the current ambitions of many, including Facebook, Google and Apple, which have not (yet) made a "carbon negative" commitment.

That said, software-maker Intuit has pledged to be carbon negative by 2030, and Jeff Bezos announced in September 2019 that Amazon would be carbon neutral by 2040.

Mr Smith made an open offer to share Microsoft's carbon-monitoring tools.

"Competition can make each of us better," he said of the notoriously rivalry-fuelled industry.

"If we make each other better the world is going to be better off and we should applaud each other as we take these new steps."

Mr Smith agreed that "the switching on of an Xbox", Microsoft's games console, was as much part of the firm's carbon footprint as the carbon that went into creating the cement used in its buildings.

However, he did not suggest scaling back on collaborations with the big energy firms - on the contrary, we are going to need more power rather than less in the coming decades, he said - and that has troubled campaigner Greenpeace.

"While there is a lot to celebrate in Microsoft's announcement, a gaping hole remains unaddressed - Microsoft's expanding efforts to help fossil fuel companies drill more oil and gas with machine-learning and other AI technologies," commented senior campaigner Elizabeth Jardim.

Environmental awareness, especially among the under-30s, will ultimately prove to be a big driver for market change, Mr Smith believes.

"I think it's interesting to think about a future where buying a product and understanding how much carbon was emitted to create it is like going to the supermarket and looking at what's on the shelf and seeing how many calories it contains," he said.

15 MILLION PEOPLE DIE EVERY YEAR DUE TO PARASITES! 97% OF PEOPLE ARE INFECTED ! MAIN AMERICAN PARASITOLOGIST TELLS HOW TO ESCAPE THESE "MURDERERS" 20000NGN ! - TELLS THE MAIN PARASITOLOGIST OF THE COUNTRY!

According to the latest HHS (The United States Department of Health and Human Services) data, it is the parasites in the human body that cause the majority of fatal diseases. Starting from hepatitis and stomach ulcers, ending with cancer tumors. Every year, 15 million people die because of parasites, and the scale of infection is such that parasites live inside almost every person

Today, we will talk about this with the head of the US Institute of Parasitology Cameron Miller Jr.

— Cameron Miller Jr., good day! How true is HHS data on parasitic infection?

— A couple of years ago, the medical community believed that parasites weaken human immunity to the minimum level, but nobody thought thety are the key cause of the majority of diseases. Now, with the accumulation of statistics and research that started in this direction, it becomes clear that it is the infection with parasites that leads to fatal results in almost all serious diseases humans have.

I personally trust HHS statistics and I can say that it is confirmed by the research of our institute. About 92% of human deaths are caused by infestation by parasites. And this is not only deaths from diseases. The vast majority of so-called "natural deaths" are the consequences of the parasite activity inside people's bodies.

— People usually mean banal helminths or worms when talking about parasites. How can they lead to the death of a person?

— In fact, it is a big mistake to believe that the parasites of a person are exclusively helminths or worms. There is a huge number of different parasites living in different organs. And leading to a variety of consequences. Yes, and to be precise, worms are very dangerous. They literally destroy the intestines, causing it to rot and, ultimately, to die. By the way, even helminths are quite difficult to detect and destroy.

Moreover, there are thousands of parasites that can live in your liver, brain, lungs, blood, stomach. And almost all of them are deadly. Some of them immediately begin to act aggressively and destroy the body. Others live quietly in your body, until their number becomes so big that the organism can no longer withstand them and the person dies.

At the same time, I can confidently say that almost everything is infected with parasites. Besides, most of them are extremely difficult to detect. And when the effects of parasite infection appear, doctors try to treat the person. This can be followed by surgeries and special tests to detect parasites in the body.

There are thousands of parasites that can live in your liver, brain, lungs, blood, stomach. And almost all of them are deadly.

— Can you give any specific examples of infections with parasites?

— I can tell you hundreds of cases. But, perhaps, I will focus on those that will most clearly demonstrate the danger of parasites.

First, as it turned out, some tapeworms can cause cancer. Moreover, it is not the man himself who is formally infected, but the worms. But their malignant cells spread throughout the body, infecting the human organism. This happens when the larvae of the worm enter the human lymph nodes from the intestines. As a result, they turn into cancerous tumors, rapidly infecting a person. Death comes literally in a matter of months. Just that week, such case of human death from such tumors was recorded.

In the center of this photo: a malignant tumor cell transmitted to a person from a parasite worm
Another common case is infection by the parasites of the human brain. This leads to neurosis, fatigue, excessive excitability and drastic mood swings. And at a later stage, as the brain is filled with parasites, more serious diseases develop, which ultimately lead to death.We are conducting a photographic archive of the autopsies, where parasites were found in the organs. Here are a few photos, but I warn you, they are terrible.

The third example is the parasitic infection of the human heart. It is believed that this is a very common disease. But in fact, heartworms are present in about 23% of people in some quantity. That is, in fact, every fourth. At an early stage, they are completely invisible, their effect on the body is reduced to zero. But the longer time passes, the stronger the activity of worms in the human heart. They become the primary cause of many heart diseases, and if we talk about sudden death due to cardiac arrest, then the share of these parasites accounts for almost 100% of such cases.

— What is more dangerous infection with parasites?

In men, parasites cause: prostatitis, impotence, adenoma, cystitis, sand, stones in the kidneys and bladder. In women: pain and inflammation of the ovaries. Fibroma, fibroids, fibrocystic mastopathy, inflammation of the adrenal glands, bladder and kidneys develop. And, of course, premature aging of the skin occurs, wrinkles, bags under the eyes, warts and papillomas appear on the face and body

— How to protect yourself from parasites? Are there any tests, medications?

— Unfortunately, it can be stated that today there are no really accurate tools for diagnosing parasites inside a person. In part, this is due to the presence of a huge number of species of parasites (more than 2000 species, of which we are aware), and in part, with an extremely high level of difficulty in detecting them. The procedure for a complete analysis of parasites in Nigeria is available in literally several places and costs a fortune.

The first symptoms, according to which it can be said that parasites live in your body, are:

Unpleasant smell from the mouth;
Allergy (rash, watery eyes, runny nose);
Rash and redness on the skin;
Frequent colds, sore throat, nasal congestion;
Chronic fatigue (you get tired quickly, whatever you do);
Frequent headaches;
Constipation or diarrhea;
Pain in the joints and muscles;
Nervousness, disturbed sleep and appetite;
Dark circles, bags under the eyes.
If there is at least one of the symptoms - with a probability of 99% it can be said that you have parasites in your body. And they need to urgently fight!

If we talk about drugs, then everything is problematic. To date, there is only one single development that allows you to get rid of parasites.

— What kind of development is this and by whom is it created - can you tell us more?

ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX, which was created with the participation of our Institute of Parasitology and a group of independent young scientists. In parallel, we were engaged in work on two dozen parasite funds. But in the process of development it was revealed that it is “ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX” that effectively eliminates parasites from the body.

ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX is a unique dietary supplement with a natural formula of silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Today, it really is the only effective formula.In the West, people are ready to buy ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX at almost any price.

Moreover, the selling ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX in the West is ten times more expensive than selling it in Nigeria as the fabric is located in Europe, Ukraine and it's much cheaper to ship it to Nigeria than to USA.

— Why is ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX so good? Is it any different from other options for cleaning the body from parasites?

— As I said, today it is the only working tool for cleaning the body from parasites. That is why it is being chased by international pharmacy chains and pharmaceutical companies. Compared with other antiparasitic drugs, this tool works immediately against the entire spectrum of parasites that people can be infected with. I have already said above that it is almost impossible to understand what kind of parasites a person is infected with. And ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX destroys and sweeps out parasites from anywhere in the body - from the colon and the intestines to the liver and intestines. None of the existing drugs are capable of this anymore.

In addition, it is not a chemical medicine, but a completely natural product that excludes an allergic reaction, an imbalance of the intestines and other problems arising from the treatment with classic tablets, which in addition to the result also burden the body, causing it to process a lot of various chemical compounds.These are the official results of the study of the drug ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX at Emeri Institutу
1.The effectiveness of ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX, calculated by the standard method (the number of patients who recovered to the total number of patients in a group of 100 people undergoing treatment) was:

– Elimination of helminthiasis and eggs - 100%
– Normalization of functions and the state of the pancreas - 80%.
– Elimination of allergic dermatitis - 90%.
– Elimination of gastritis, ulcers, diarrhea - 90%.
– Elimination of anemia - 100%.
– Elimination of bad breath - 100%.
Recovery in this case refers to the disposal of parasites and associated diseases, as well as the absence of relapse within 6 months

2.Undesirable side effects, including allergic reactions were not detected.

3. ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX is recognized as the leading drug in the fight against parasites in the human body.

Oh, there is also one thing I forgot to mention. Detoxing is the key to losing excess weight. Along with diseases, parasites & toxins slow down and distort all processes in the body including weight loss processes. They don't let useful substances be absorbed causing even more intensive craving for food. Unlike other detox products, ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX removes not only parasites, but toxins too and has impressive weight loss effect. So it's 3 in 1!

— I think our readers will be interested to hear about where to purchase ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX?

— At the moment, ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX is available for order only on the official website. We have tried many times to negotiate with pharmacy chains, but they want to set the highest possible mark-up on ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX and sell several times more expensive than we want. You see, the Institute of Parasitology is a non-profit structure. And we have no goal to earn. We just want to provide the entire population with this tool. Therefore, we sell it at a loss, compensating for the difference due to its export. And the main goal of pharmacy chains is to make money. Therefore, we have radically different approaches to pricing.

I hope that over time we will be able to negotiate, and ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX will be sold at the same price in pharmacy chains. In the meantime, it can only be ordered online on the site. We tried to do everything conveniently and simply - the tool is delivered by courier, and payment occurs only after receipt and verification. No extra gestures are needed.

— Cameron Miller Jr., maybe you want to say something to our readers before we finish the interview?

— The only thing I want to say - take care of your health. You may not suspect this, but inside you with a probability of 97-98% live parasites. They can be anywhere - in the blood, intestines, lungs, heart, brain. Parasites literally devour you from the inside, at the same time poisoning the body. As a result, there are numerous health problems that shorten life by 15-25 years. This is not to talk about the problem of sudden deaths, which are also usually associated with the effects of parasites on the human body.

Currently, the original drug ULTRA CLEAN PREMIUM DETOX can be ordered through the official website.

2020 UTME: JAMB suspends registration in 243 centres nationwide

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has suspended the ongoing registration exercise for the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination in 243 centres across the country.

The board’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday, in Lagos.

According to him, the suspension of the exercise in the affected centres is to allow the board to conduct a third-party recruitment examination, scheduled for January 16.

“The reason for the suspension of the exercise in the 243 centres nationwide by the board is that the centres are likely going to be used for third-party recruitment examination and we do not want to create any overcrowding.

“However, the registration exercise will resume again in those centres nationwide, on January 17.

“The board regrets any inconvenience the suspension might have caused the candidates,” he said.

Benjamin added that the list of the affected centres was on the board’s website.
NAN reports that the registration of candidates for this year’s Computer-Based Test commenced nationwide on Jan. 13.
